David Cooper - Principal/Chief Network Engineer
David is co-founder and chief engineer. David’s unique combination of technical expertise, hands on configuration experience, business knowledge, and construction experience allows for an extremely well rounded and versatile approach to network design and integration. With over 25 years of data network design, data network security and every aspect of data network implementation, David is a well-regarded expert in his field. David is highly valued Tier 3 resource, providing expert-level network design, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance (WAN, LAN, Wireless, Firewall, etc.).
Wesley Liang - Principal/Chief Operations Officer
Wesley is co-founder and COO. His wide range of technical expertise includes networking, server, and desktop hardware support. Additionally, he possesses expert level knowledge of MS Server and Desktop operating systems, and a host of software applications such as Microsoft Exchange, Office, corporate level anti-Virus suites, and data protection/backup suites. Wesley is a highly valued Tier 3 resource providing expert-level Server and Desktop troubleshooting configuration assistance (both hardware and operating systems). In addition his expertise extends to MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, and a host of enterprise level applications.
Deborah Hooper - Co-Director Operations & Special Projects
Deborah is a 19-year IT veteran with a wide-range of expertise, including a specialty in the design and implementation/support of Cisco phone systems, Network Engineering, as well as Account and Project Management. Her duties include lead voice engineer, project / account manager, and technical project lead. To date she has played a key role in design, configuration and installation of over 20 CUCM's for both large districts and corporations and small single office companies.
In addition to Deborah's technical prowess, she leads employee development initiatives, as well as internal policies and procedures for Marin IT.
Tim Bush - Co-Director Operations & Accounts
Tim is a 28 year IT veteran with a wealth of experience working for large corporations such as Headlands Mortgage, Greenpoint Mortgage, and Advanced Fibre Communications, and Tellabs. Over the years his duties include hands-on network management, IT Operations & project management, Desktop and Help Desk management, and data center & cable infrastructure design. He has spent the past 12 years providing IT solutions, tier 1 & 2 support, and project management for customers all over the Bay Area.
To date, he has been a technical project lead for over 100 corporate expansion, relocation, and construction projects. Most notably the relocation of corporate HQ for the Gap in San Bruno, and the technical lead for the construction and design of the Central Marin Police Department in Larkspur, Ca.
Jack Gorman - Technical Services Manager
Jack is a hands-on technology leader with over 30 years IT experience, 25 of them working with Silicon Valley startups and global corporations. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in architecting, deploying, and operating critical enterprise systems, server and network design, high availability database and application configurations, as well as both hard and virtual end user compute environments. He is able to design complex enterprise-wide systems, solving tough IT challenges, and stabilizing IT environments, while minimizing cost on technology investments. He has taken on multiple management roles in his career including CIO, Director of IT, Senior Manager of Corporate IT, Senior Systems Architect, and Senior Systems Engineer. He is a team builder – having built, mentored, and managed many IT teams in the past.
With Marin IT, Jack takes on the role of Service Manager, to participate in delivering the world class service our clients deserve.
Ashley Vallee – Office Manager
Ashley has been with Marin IT since its inception in 2006 – she is basically “The Voice” of our company & our MVP when it comes to
customer service. In her role as Dispatch manager, Ashley is the lifeline to our clients & masterfully juggles a dynamic and hectic schedule
for all of our project managers & support staff. She also manages triage for emergency help desk calls & always gets our customers the
help they need. Ashley is also responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and logistics, in addition to making sure
all of our field techs have the tools & materials they need to do their jobs.
Stefana Alioto - Customer Success Manager
Managing IT projects to success is at the core of Stefana Alioto’s expertise, built over a span of 20 plus years. She started her career in project management as part of a global team of a large San Francisco Bay Area tech firm and has successfully managed many projects of various sizes and complexities. Combining her knowledge and practical experiences, Stefana has developed her own proven best practices that include a rigorous discovery phase, balanced risk vs. reward assessment, and effective project performance tracking. She believes those are key components for a project’s success.
Taking on the role of Customer Success Manager at Marin IT, Stefana is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT projects within our clients’ organizations. She will put her experiences and methodologies in practice to ensure the smooth execution of all client projects, with the ultimate goal being customer satisfaction.
Rhett Redelings - Communications Manager/Operations
Rhett is an IT professional with 26 years of IT experience. For 19 years he served as the senior technical leadership to the City of Sausalito, in the role of IT Manager, delivering the cost effective solutions, exceptional customer service and strategic planning that enabled Sausalito to provide responsive, transparent, and cyber-secure government. Prior to his experience in local government, Rhett provided server administration, telephony support, desktop support, web design, and audio/video skill to fast-paced hardware and
software corporations such as MarketTools Inc., Brightware, Advanced Fibre Communications, and Synon, Inc.
Rhett is responsible for customer engagement, business development and service design.
