Support Options
Email the Help Desk with a detailed description of the issues you are experiencing. You will recieve a notification that a Support Ticket has been created and you will be contacted by a Support Representative.
Contact our Help Desk at (415) 842-3275. A Support Representative will create a Support Ticket and get someone to assist you.
For Remote Assistance, please visit our Remote Support Portal.
Log into your Customer Portal and you will have the option to Create a Ticket, as well as view past support requests and other information.
(For Customer Portal access, a pre-existing account is required. Please contact your Marin IT account manager to enable this option)
